Alexander Bashillion is the ruler of Estijan and a munitions despot. He is also the main antagonist of It’s a Small World.

Bashillion is a cruel, sadistic monster among humans. He will let nothing stop him from profiting from the evils of man. To alleviate this, he uses charisma. Although he has no magic powers, his realism can prove more terrifying than any dragon or sorcerer.
