Fluttie
Fluttie is a minor character in the Loonari-Verse, and a member of the Insomniacs.
Appearance
Fluttie is a small, child-like being with traits of both human and insect. She has short cyan hair and black antennae on her head along with a small yellow tiara. She has large black eyes with small eyelashes, though her eyebrows and mouth usually only appear when needed. She has a difficult time making facial expressions, instead using her eyes to convey her emotions. She has white fluff around her neck, white, insectoid wings, and a green garment on her torso with dark green protrusions on the sides that resemble a short skirt or panniers, revealing white panties (although she doesn't seem to mind this). She has a large, bug-like abdomen on her backside, with a reddish-orange underside and green elytra, underneath which she stores a hurdy gurdy. Its crank is often sticking out of her backside.
Personality
Fluttie is easily the least civilized of the Insomniacs, since she has the mindset of an actual bug and thus frequently behaves like one. She is skittish yet curious by nature, always trying to eat anything edible and feeling compelled to investigate anything she believes is out of the ordinary. Although she can speak to insects and even command them, her insectoid nature makes it difficult for her to communicate with humans, as the closest she can get to normal speech are small sentences made of broken English; anything beyond that is just squeaky noises and babbling like a baby. Still, she is very childish and bubbly, and others often find her antics cute.

- Musical Talent: Fluttie, being an Insomniac, is a very proficient musician.
- Flight: Like every other Insomniac, Fluttie can fly.
Trivia
- Despite what her infant-like appearance and behavior may suggest, Fluttie is nearly just as old as many of the other Insomniacs.
- Still, she is the youngest of all the Insomniacs.
