Loomifly Nest
Loomifly nests are blocks in Loonarin’s Mod that house Loomiflies. Much like bee nests and beehives, they fill up with "sap" as Loomiflies pollinate flowers and return to their homes, and once full, they can be harvested for Loomifly sap.
Obtaining
Loomifly nests are generated on Loomiwud trees, having a 25% chance to be on Lesser trees, and a 100% chance to be on greater trees with a 50% chance for an extra one. These nests always have at least 2 Loomiflies in them.
Breaking
Loomifly nests can be broken with any tool (as well as the player's fist) and break the fastest with an axe. Breaking the nest without Silk Touch will drop nothing cause all Loomiflies inside to leave angry at the player, but using Silk Touch will drop the nest with all Loomiflies staying inside. Post-generation
Loomiwud trees grown from Loodling Seeds within 2 blocks of any flower have a 10% chance to grow a Loomifly nest at stage 1, which will hold 1-2 Loomiflies inside. This goes for both lesser and greater trees.
Uses
Loomifly Boxes and nests are mainly used to house Loomiflies and to collect Loomifly sap. When a Loomifly finishes making sap in a nest/box, the amount of sap in that nest/box is increased by 1 (there is a 1% chance for it to increase by 2 instead), and the Loomifly leaves the nest/box to complete the cycle again. When the amount of sap within a nest/box reaches 5, a purple, honey-like substance becomes visible from the nest/box's pores, and the nest/box can then be harvested for a Loomifly sap bottle.
