Looner is a variant of Loonarin-San.
Appearance
Looner is a small, light-skinned, humanoid being who bears a striking resemblance to Loonarin-San. He has blue hair with a glowing moon on it, and a black hat with a blue band. He has beady black eyes and blue cheeks. He wears a blue shirt and blue pants, both of which are a lighter color near the sleeves and the ends of his legs, respectively. He also wears blue shoes.
Personality
Not much is known about Looner's personality, but he likes to be helpful.
