The Toymaker is a giant, shadowy humanoid, the creator of Planet Playtime and all life within it. In relevance to real cultures, they are a god of youth and play, and are also the CEO of Toytown Co. He is the main antagonist and final boss of Playfluff.

Little is known about the Toymaker's personality; however, they are shown to be a serious and honest individual who works diligently to manufacture sentient toys, all to ensure a "brighter and happier future for all the young children in the world." Despite this, they also have a curious and playful side shown more often in their child form. They are very kind towards their employees and will even pay them generous sums of money.
As a Cosmic Entity, the Toymaker can understand and speak the Cosmian language. Unlike most Cosmic Entities, however, they (almost) only ever speak and write in Cosmian, which makes it difficult for Prince Plushee and his comrades to communicate with the Toymaker. Luckily, at least one of the Toymaker's employees demonstrates an ability to understand and translate the Toymaker's speech, though he doesn't speak Cosmian himself. Thus, it could be possible that other enemies in Playfluff could also be able to understand the Toymaker, though this hasn't yet been confirmed.
