Envy
Envy, originally known as the Nameless Villain, is the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins. She is also the arch-nemesis of the Bronze Blonde.
Appearance
In her 2022 appearance, the Nameless Villain was a light-skinned young girl. She had beady black eyes, wispy, light purple hair, and a purple, pinwheel-like decoration with four points on the back of her head. She wore a sleeveless leotard that was purple on the top and blue on the bottom, and she wore long purple gloves and stockings. She also had a long, purple, usually coiled tail that had a gray ball at the end with four purple, curved prongs.
Following her redesign in 2023, Envy now looks much different from her original appearance. Her hair is now less wispy, she no longer has gloves, and she now wears a black shirt with a purple dress and a dark purple cape.
Personality
Envy is a mischievous girl who takes enjoyment in causing chaos. Although her true motives remain unknown, she likes to steal and play pranks on people. She, however, dislikes positive emotions, which weaken her, and being foiled by anyone. Her schemes are usually foiled by superheroes or due to hitches in her plans, which annoy her to no end. Envy also has an army of Swirlvoys, which she uses to carry out her evil deeds. These are one of the few things Envy actually treats well.
Powers & Abilities
- Flight: Envy can fly by spinning her pinwheel-like bow.
- Summoning Swirlvoys: Envy can summons Swirlvoys at will to carry out her evil deeds.
- Violent Will Manipulation: Envy can control a mysterious energy known as Violent Will to turn other creatures violent.
- Negativity: Envy can derive power and sustenance from the negative emotions of others.
Weaknesses
- Positivity: Envy can be weakened by exposure to positive emotions or energy.
Etymology
Envy's current name used to represent the pronunciation of the initials of her original title, the Nameless Villain, together, but it, and her name, and Envy herself, now represent the sin of envy.
