Let's Go, Archie!

Let’s Go, Archie! is a future 2D platformer game starring Archie.

Story

The story begins at Princess Katie's palace, where she and Brumby are celebrating Archie's birthday. Suddenly, the sky seemingly darkens, confusing the group. They go outside to see a large floating castle covered in spikes. The castle lowers down, and its front door opens with stairs being sent out to the ground. Lord Pointer walks out of the castle and orders several Spikees pick up Princess Katie and bring her to him. They obey his orders, Archie and Brumby chase down the Spikees before Lord Pointer sends out a mechanical arm from the castle. As the Spikees carry Princess Katie past Lord Pointer and into the castle, he orders the arm to grab Archie and Brumby, and throws them far away into Caltrop Country.

Archie and Brumby crash into the elemental trio Cynder, Denis, and Estivan's treehouse, launching its elemental fruit all over the land. Everyone tumbles out of the tree, and while the trio are angry at first, Archie and Brumby explain their situation to them. They then direct their attention to the horizon to see Lord Pointer’s castle flying away, while sending messages everywhere. The messages stipulate that he will keep the princess hostage and fill the Blisful Kingdom with ouching spikes unless he is given a ransom of $100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion dollars). No one has that kind of cash, so the trio decides to help Archie save his girlfriend, and off the quintet go on an adventure.
