Moon Lantern
The Moon Lantern, formerly known as the Lantern Case, is a power-up in the Luno-Kun series. It debuts in Luno-Kun's Adventure.
Physical Appearance
Moon Lantern is a simplified black lantern. It has two black hemispheres held together by two gray columns, with the top hemisphere having a handle. The case itself surrounds a small, fiery moon with brown eyes.
Games
Luno-Kun's Adventure
The Moon Lantern debuts in this game. It first appears in Grabby Grotto. Moon Lanterns appear hanging and swinging from chains. Luno can transform into Lantern Luno upon touching the Moon Lantern. As Lantern Luno, Luno can light himself up by pressing Z, and the light can interact with enemies that are sensitive to light, such as Shadow Dolls or Batlings. The Moonrang also gets surrounded by fire when it is out, for as long as Luno stays Lantern Luno. This Moonrang can defeat certain enemies that would otherwise be invincible.
