Local Toy

Local Toys are Playfolk who were scattered throughout Playfluff Kingdom before the events of Playfluff. One of Prince Plushee's main objectives is to find and save all of them, whether they be missing members of his Loyal Squad or simply civilian toys.

Later, it is revealed that they are former employees of the Toymaker but went rogue before the events of Playfluff, forming a society to hide from the Toymaker and eventually building Playfluff Kingdom. The Fluffernest Elder is one of the original rebels before the kingdom was founded, though he doesn't remember much of his time before going rogue.
