Phantisseur

Phantisseur was a kingdom ruled by Queen Serenity, now Miss Miramarim, before its fall at the hands of Handy Hatterson. Very little is known about it, other than the fact that its inhabitants' sense of fanciness rivaled that of even the handhat Kingdom's.
