Treelcus is a character in Loon Tunes.
Description
In game: "When animation was younger, no one had the time nor color for plot, so the focus was on fun. Inkabelle felt she was supposed to be born during that foregone era. Even after her change into a Chaos Child, Treelcus the Troublesome Projector, a sort of OC she kept in her head, stuck. He was real to her. And then one day, he actually became real. As in, he literally jumped out the screen. Now he lives of life of entertainment, sticking dogmatically to the belief that art is supposed to be an escape from reality, not a reminder of it. Completely tangential, but this Moonsical bears a strong resemblance to two other toony mascots..."
