Walking Fish
Walking Fish are minor antagonists that debuted in Charisma Cap. They are a species of fish that have been mutated by Rando Serum to gain arms and legs.
Appearance
Walking Fish are, but they possess humanoid arms and legs.
Personality
Walking Fish appear to possess more self-awareness than normal fish, while being very aggressive towards anyone they see for seemingly no reason. It is unknown how dangerous they really are since they didn't get to show off their powers in Charisma Cap.
History
Charisma Cap
Four Walking Fish first appear at the midway point of Charisma Cap, transforming from regular fish Rando Minn dumps in a Rando Serum-tainted school pool. Three of them attack Placida and Cappy (the former of which runs away), and Cappy uses his Electric Cap to defeat them. The fourth Walking Fish is still chasing Placida, but is put to sleep by her aura when Cappy accidentally startles her.
Walking Fish have not appeared since this.
Powers & Abilities
- Amphibiousness: Walking Fish can breathe on land, unlike regular fish.
- Sentience: Walking Fish appear to possess a greater degree of sentience than normal fish.
