Forcasta is a recurring character in the Loonari-Verse, and one of the deuteragonists of Charisma Cap along with Ulysses, her husband.
Appearance
Forcasta is a light-skinned woman. Instead of hair, she has a large white cloud on her head. She has a larger cloud on her waist that acts as a dress. Both can precipitate and produce lightning. She wears a light blue shirt, blue, puffy sleeves, and a blue bow on the front of her waist. She also wears blue high heels. She has a gray monitor-like object on her head, and its screen can display icons and faces.
Personality
Forcasta has a very cheerful and optimistic personality, and seems to enjoy her job making broadcasts and forecasts. She also works as a newswoman with Ulysses, her husband.[1]

Forcasta is derived from forecast.
Trivia
- Forcasta somewhat resembles Sunshine from OK, K.O.!, but this is purely coincidental, as Loonarin-San did not know about Sunshine's existence until 2023, the year after Forcasta was created.
