Ulysses is a recurring character in the Loonari-Verse, and one of the deuteragonists of Charisma Cap along with Forcasta, his wife.
History
Not much is known about Ulysses' history, but he is very talented at riding unicycles.
Appearance
Ulysses is a tall, light-skinned gentleman with beady black eyes and short, dark gray hair. He wears a black top hat, a black tailcoat with a white undershirt and bowtie, and black paints. He wears gray shoes, white gloves, and a name tag on his chest. He is occasionally seen riding on a unicycle.
Personality
Ulysses is a very patient and respectable man who enjoys tea. He canonically speaks with a British accent.

- Since Ulysses canonically has a British accent and wears a tuxedo, he is likely from Britain, though this has not been confirmed.
